The Smigel team is our design partner for the seller-lead campaign. The monthly bill preview format, the lead-packet SMS shape, the budget defaults — all came out of working inside their listings practice.

The CRM that runs their day-to-day was something I built for them too. They'd been through enough lead-gen systems that either didn't work or got acquired and re-priced — so I designed one that wouldn't move under them. Working inside their workflow taught me what real-estate tech keeps getting wrong: too many features for things Realtors don't do, too few for the things they do twenty times a day.
